I am newly diagnosed with Essential Thrombocythemia. The want me to take hydroxyurea and verbally claimed the patients they have on this drug have essentially no side effects. I am not comfortable taking this drug and am holding off to find a natural alternative. So far this is what I've found, but note I am still looking for people who have actually tried natural methods to know if they work or not.
