I haven't viewed this yet, but will. I lived with what I believed a sluggish thyroid from 1991-2002 and anti depressants handed out like candy to rid me of the depression from this sluggish thyroid. I knew nothing about the Iodine issue back then.
I just re-listened to the video and Dr. Berg says from his experience and work, that the bile is the most important area to address. There is a lot of info on the bile production and I'll just post one now:
Well, for whatever it's worth to some here, I'm taking the above product for about 3 days and am amazed at the more "spontaneous BM's" I'm experiencing. Maybe TMI, but BM's are a major part of good health.
How can anyone say anecdotal information is worthless?
