How did it get developed???

I heard that the Spanish of the Cuba and Puerto Rico are really just offshoots of Andalusia and the Canary Islands. It is similar in the accent, vocabulary and grammatical syntax. Also Venezuelan accent comes from the andalus accent. Also the Argentinian accent comes from the huge numbers of Italians who immigrated to Argentina.

To me, the Mexican accent sounds good to me. Sounds normal since we pronounce every syllable, every consonant and enunciate each word. I am not talking about the Spanish the nacos, rancheros, Chicanos, or the one the fresas speak... I am talking about the neutral Mexican Spanish spoken by the educated people from like the DF or Guadalajara. To me it sounds normal, all the other accents of South America just seem like variations of the Andaluz spanish. Where did Mexican Spanish accent originate from? Is it a mixture of Nahuatl, American English and Castilian?
