Hey I am looking to re settle. Start off with teaching, then perhaps branch out into a hostel/bar business down the road. I have lived in Guatemala City before and love Guate. I love the price, the food, and the culture. I have two job offers. One in Antigua, which is an amazing city and one on the beach in Panama. I am worried The beach may perhaps be a little boring? And more expensive? Does anyone know if there are small markets around Punta Chame? Is food cheap in the area? Both jobs pay the same, approx 1200 usd a month. Little in the North America but plenty in Guate I know. Enough for Panama? What is rent like there. Also the Panama job is only a 4 day week; totally emphasizing the beach lifestyle. Ahhh, cool Antigua vs beach Panama. I need help!
