As drug legalization spreads around the world, it's legal to grow coca for tea and for other products in Bolivia, Peru, Colombia (mainly Natives get government permission), and the mountain regions of Chile and Argentina. Uruguay has legal marijuana. Governments legalized these drugs in part to curb crime, in part to raise taxes, and in part because of changing social attitudes. What are the thoughts of people from various parts of South America on this.
