If Arizona is losing conventions from this boycott, who is getting all the business? Las Vegas, Texas, California???

I read an article early on that said several conventions had moved to Utah. SLC is getting much of the conventions that were going to Phoenix.

Kind of ironic that Utah is more of an inviting place than Phoenix.

I just read an article about how business is booming in Branson, Missouri due to the oil spill in the gulf. Branson is gaining while Florida is losing.

I imagine somebody is going to benefit big from this Arizona boycott. Maybe it's Utah.

Not for long. Utah is proceeding with their own version of SB1070.
Go Utah!

But I wonder how many conventions are coming here because of "buycot"? I wonder if it is balancing out, or are the "convention centers" losing business?

Yeah! Y'all people just keep pouring in and spending your money here. Then close the door quietly on your way out. Thank you!

Obama told business not to go to Las Vegas. Did the counter punch of out weigh Obama's punch? Las Vegas took a blow.

Speaking of Boycotts, I got this from a fellow photographer. Paul C Buff, one of the largest producers of photographic lighting equipment in the world, is boycotting sales to cities that are boycotting Arizona.

Good for Paul! Thanks for that info, kdog.

I am ashamed to see my capital city, Boston, on Paul's list. Does not surprise me but I'm still ashamed to live in this stupid Democratic state.
