I disagree, you can't vote out some politicians. For instance ,here in the Chicago area, most Dems run unopposed or there is just a token Rep candidate (and yes, it is the Rep parties fault). The Speaker of the House in IL. has been there for over 35 years and his only opponent is a fictitious person that nobody can identify. Yet yard signs show up in the Speakers neighbors yards with this persons name on them. It's become a joke. When one party dominates a State , it is almost impossible to vote them out. There must be definate term limits !
