I drove out to the Globe area this morning and compared to what it was like 6 months ago----------I swear the place is
dying .
Many empty storefronts, etc.
Word has it the mines that opened back up out there are
not spending all that much $$$ locally.
I was contemplating moving out that way but now------------no dice.
Suffice to say: Phx; despite all of its major flaws, is looking better and better for me to stay here.
