Wow. There is a large Experian call center in Van Buren where the old Walmart used to be. I wonder if this is a relocation or some other call center? I drove by Phoenix Village Mall during Christmas break and saw that they have some sort of convention center there now too.

I've been to a couple of gun shows out there. There were some kids at a stand promoting Bass Reeves awareness or something like that at one of them.
The convention center is possibly the old Venture.

600 jobs is great.

I looked in some glass doors on the other side of the mall and judging by the graffiti it was being occupied by somebody the whole time. Imagine being 16 and having a whole abandoned shopping mall to yourself, it would be like a bad 80's movie.
