Which of the above countries is likely to give the least hassle/trouble to someone entering without a previous country's exit stamp or current country's entry stamp for transit back to USA, not to stay. Valid USA passport and no warrants. This might be entry to a city or at a non standard entry point, as with fishing vessel. Helpful replies welcome.

The answer to your question is Cambodia, but ....

Why don't you just go to the nearest US embassy and tell them you lost your passport, then get a new one and leave?

Recordds are now so complete and acccessible, the country will have no record anyone with that name having entered. I imagine the US will not process this without that assurance. Do you have an exit stamp from the previous country? It just keeps getting deeper.

Sneak back into the last country that stamped you in but not out, and pay the overstay penalty./bribe.

do you know anyone that has done this and I wonder what questions are asked?

If a person were to show a new US passport on exit from Cambodia they would still have a record of when that person entered the Country or not. Not sure this would work.
