Results of an OECD administered international student assessment (PICA) showed how each nation fair against each other in terms of problem-solving abilities. Though the United States has it's work cut out,
Singapore and
South Korea along with other Asian nations are still proving that they mean serious business when it comes to improving their position on the global economic scale.
The PICA test was administered in 2012 to some 85,000 top-tier 15 year old students to gauge their problem solving abilities in real world situations. Singapore and South Korea ranked among the very top spots in the results. Congrats to
Singapore and
S.Korea! Thanks to STee for this. Link below.
