Hello! I'm coming up to Atlanta this weekend for 2 days and will have a car. I'll like to know a good sightseeing route for checking out the neighborhoods in the Druid Hills, Virginia Highlands,Ansley Park, and Buckhead area. For example start in Ansley Hills, then Morningside , etc.. just would like some kind of route(nothing fancy) for someone that doesn't know this part of Atlanta and has 2 1/2 days to ride around see these areas for a possible move in Sept. I have good maps of this area

Thanks for your time

The Atlanta Preservation Center conducts walking tours and might have FYI on a driving tour as well.
Atlanta Preservation Center (http://www.preserveatlanta.com/walkingtours.htm - broken link)

A map of the Intown Area would be one way to start.

Once I found a link to a driving tour from Emory University--haven't found it again but will post it if I do.

ETA: If no one has better suggestions --there are some good ideas for touring this area in this thread>>>
Quick tour of Midtown/VH/IP/L5P?
