Does anyone know of any good African American hair salons on the southside? I'd be willing to travel as far north as Marietta to get my hair done. I am looking for a place that's in a pretty nice area and it won't cost me more than $45 to get my hair done on a regular basis. My hair is down to my shoulder blades and healthy so I'm picky about who I let do it.:-)
Thanks for the suggestions

Is your hair natural or relaxed? I've been here about two years and have yet to find a place (with good recommendations) that charges that low of a price. Try this:

African american hair salons Smyrna

There are salons listed that are all over the Atlanta area

What is an "African American hair salon"?

I'm not aware of any salons that will not service African Americans.

^^^^^^African Americans have different hair types compared to the majority of the population. our hair has to be treated with different chemicals, which most people arent taught to use. I have had my hair done at a Trade Secret salon, just a simple wash and blow dry, but thats it
