Hi-

I am relocating form Detroit Mi to Atlanta Ga. I have my mind set of living in the midtown area, close to work. I just saw a listing for a unit in the Centennial house lofts located on 15 West Peachtree Place. I did a search and had no luck finding any additional info. Does anyone have any experience with this property? Also, what is the area like? I would like to live in walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc.

I'm not familiar with the complex, but the location is downtown - not Midtown. It's not far from Midtown and it's in a nice area of downtown near a MARTA station and Centennial Park.

if you had to choose between 5th and peachtree and this area would you go with midtown? Rent and commute would be the same.

I would move to Midtown because of Piedmont Park and all the restaurants and bars, etc

Definitely 5th and Peachtree over Downtown. Without a doubt.
