I was wondering if there was any luxury home communities being built in the Canton, Marietta Roswell, or North Atlanta, area? coming soon or anything within the next year? I am looking for a community that has luxury or single family homes with at least 7500sq.ft. on a lot at least 2/3 acres, preferably bigger.

At that size, youre not likely to find many production homes- you're going to have to go custom. At the price point such a house would be, I can't imagine you'd want to do otherwise anyway.

Don't know about Canton or Marietta, but North Fulton and West Gwinnett already have plenty of the kinds of communtieis you are talking about. I'm not sure if there is currently a need for more, which is probably why you aren't seeing them being built right now.

There should be plenty of relatively new inventory for you to choose from, though.

There's a ton of new homes that size up here in buford. There aren't in subdivisions though. Like around Camp Branch Rd.

You asked about "North Atlanta" but I think you probably meant north Metro area. North Atlanta refers to an area in town.
