Best subdivisions for young family? Alpharetta (houses, private schools, clubhouse)

Alpharetta/roswell/cumming area (for the schools)- kids 4 and 1. Budget $2500 per month, prefer a subdivision with swimming/tennis/playground/clubhouse for the community.. with a high % of families, any recommendations?

A potential problem with your question is that: literally every subdivision with 100+ houses in the area is going to fit the description.

Usually, they say, the newer the subdivision, the younger the kids. Since you have kids 4 and 1, may be that might factor. Not sure if this description is true any more.

$2000 should be enough for upper middle class living. $2500 will generally get you upscale rental.

In any case, I firmly believe that -- grade 2 or so is when you really need to settle down (if at all); PK-1, you can do what you want, including small private schools, and as long as there is some parental involvement the kid will be OK.
