I'm thinking about moving there & I want to know when is a good time to visit? I would like to maybe check out a fair or some festivals or something like that, or even just some nice parks or anything? I've been there before so I know about the club/bar scene and the malls so I'm not going to coming for that but any recommendations are welcomed

I'd say June is fine -- highs are usually no more than low to mid 80s.

July and August are definitely too dang hot!

June was actually our hottest month given the SE monsoons this year. If you have a choice and want to see the festivals, spring and fall have been my favorite seasons since I've moved here.
