I would say Morningside. Lake Claire is still a little sketchy and you will have a much greater chance of your house getting broken into. Morningside has a lot of children now and also great parks. Best intown neighborhood for kids in my opinion, along with Virginia-Highlands.

I guess that's what security systems are for. I liked Morningside a lot - but we couldn't find a house that worked. oh well.
