I am looking for a building, clubhouse, ball room, banquet room, house, or somewhere (preferably in decatur or metro atlanta) to have a 30th birthday party on the evening/ night of feb. 26th (from hours of 8 p.m til 2 a.m.) that can house between 50 - 100 guest....... the less expensive the better.. if anyone has any info please reply back .....thank you

I am a single female I live in a townhome Moved in it Feb 1,2014 notice I was getting sick, conjestion coughing having trouble breathing, I notice a funny smell but I really didn't know what it was. I contacted my landlord and he stated he would send the handyman by. I began having nose bleeds in the middle of the night and at work. On June 2 contacted the health department also the code enforcement. He came by my home and found mold bad in my home. My landlord said he would let me out the lease with no problem but I have no where to go. I have pictures of the mold and busted pipes which I'm paying the water bill. It's only me and my water bill is over 100 dollars. The landlord got a call from the code enforcement and also my doctor stated I need to leave asap. I am looking for a 2 bedroom asap yes this is a private owner due to my credit report. I have student loans and aparment on my credit report. My landlord will not give me my money back he just told me to leave. I'm on 2 inhalers now I continue to work. I need help on what to do I'm contacting an attorney as well. Help me.
