Lasted that you didn't think would last?

Game - X. This used the house the Patriotism Museum in downtown. I thought this wouldn't last because it's small and it doesn't open late but I was wrong. Each time I pass by it it is busy with tourist and kids.

Aldi. I gave the one in Smyrna 6 months after I went there twice. It's been there for years now.

Not surprised, Aldi is like a working class Trader Joe's. It has a lot of the same things and is owned by the same company.

Furthermore, Aldi is completely dominant in Germany with much of the same model. When I was in Germany, I went to Aldi a lot because I had no choice. In fact, the only difference with the Smyrna one was really the language. I thought I was back in Germany when I went there.

I didn't think the Buckhead tech village would work out. I thought Buckhead was too expensive, until I learned that the whole idea with the tech village is making office space affordable for startups in Buckhead and acting as a sort of incubator. It seems to be doing very well and actually the startup I'm working on will probably begin in the tech village, though we'll eventually move to Cumberland when we can afford our own office space AND only after Cumberland has a real transit connection to MARTA, not just busses.
