I have recently moved to Dunwoody. My daughter will be 4.11 yrs as of sept 1st so she will be going to pre-k this year. I understood that some of the schools in this area have already completed their admissions through lottery systems. Please Suggest good pre-schools where I can get admission now.

I would just make some calls to the schools (keep in mind they're already out for the summer). Dunwoody Methodist, Dunwoody Baptist, St. Luke's Presbyterian, Kingswood Methodist, All Saints' (if you're Catholic). Those are the big ones. It's possible that someone could have an opening.

Go directly to Georgia's "Bright from the Start" website. Once there, click the Pre-K links, there you will be able to find schools by zip code and check availability. If a school you like is full, you can also apply to be on the wait list. Good luck!
