Memorial @ Ponce would probably be the terminus of Blue, which could then do a shuttle bus from there to Stone Mountain Park. And that station would also make a good park&ride and bus terminal option for south Gwinnett.

And that would make Avondale like the east's version of Lindbergh. Which would be perfect, since those 2 hubs will be connected by the Clifton Line.
I hadn't actually considered splitting the line like this. I have mixed feelings about it. One the one hand, I like the Green Line express idea, on the other splitting them and just running them interleaved like the Red/Gold probably makes the most sense, and removes any trickiness running express service on just two tracks. Though for a terminus, I was actually thinking putting the P&R off 78 with its own exit on the north side about even with Stone Mountain.

In terms of intermediate route. Elevated along Memorial probably makes the most sense, and is the cheapest. But I would certainly support following Memorial to W Mountain St then tunneling under the city before tunneling back toward 78 for the terminal station.

I never have any where to sit at CNN Dome, Peachtree Center, Civic Center, College Park station. It would be nice to see some of this money go to benches, since Marta loves to single track so much.

Peachtree Center HAS BENCHES. Civic Center HAS BENCHES.

Edit:

Peachtree Center

Civic Center

College Park

The ONLY station that you gave that doesn't have benches is Dome / GWCC, which makes sense since it's a stadium station designed for large crowds, with large open platforms.

Civic Center has ACRES of benches. That's my old work Station, and I have never seen more than a handful of people there - ever!

Still holding out hope for a Tucker Line.

Negative, CNN/Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena has benches. Every station has benches. All this complaining about benches, go look at CTA's Loop Stations.

There isn't enough ridership to require more benches. Stations always empty, other than the bums who use the stations as their open toilet.

So, as anyone figured out if this $5.5 Billion is before or after federal backing?

Hey, be careful with your words. It's not just bums doing so, many people have caught on to this. You should stop lumping people into one outdated stereotype.
