Just curious. I use to live in south central PA, I swear the pollen there has to be worse than Atlanta's.

Atlanta as a lot of pine pollen - which is the coating of yellow that you get on your car each spring.


This will give us pollen counts in the 1,000's and way above the national average. But remember the pollen count and the pollen that you can see is not the stuff that caused horrible allergies.


So yes, we are way up there but as arjay57 pointed out - there are far worse places to be

Yeah, that pollen that you see is pine pollen. Most people aren't allergic to it, though it comes at the same time as many other pollens that people ARE allergic to, they blame the pine.

Hey, I want to clean up my porch, but I don't want it to just get messy again. Do you all think the pine pollen is more or less done for the year, or more to come?
