Greenstone Properties plans to transform a one-acre parking lot off Spring and 14th streets into a 10-story, 250K SF office building that will overlook the Downtown Connector. Called 14th & Spring, Greenstone has its parcel under contract from a local investor who owns the entire two-acre parking lot.

Seems odd they would focus on office space for much of the land when there's a grocery store literally across the street.

Where is a grocery store across the street? I know of a Publix about 5 blocks away, but not right across the street.

Glad for anything to go in there. Death to all Midtown and Downtown parking lots. And eventually someday Buckhead.

I think the concern was that WRS would bring suburban development to the very historic heart of the city. Its hard to get up in arms over almost anything replacing a parking lot.
