Headline kind of misleading. One is in Toco Hills and all but the one on Clairmont near the VA are north of Toco Hills, far from Druid Hills.

If the one on Clairmont is taking out houses with driveways on Clairmont, that is a good thing IMO. I noticed one of the comments complaining about traffic on Clairmont, but townhouses/condos are better than retail for traffic and SFH with driveways make no sense on a busy arterial like Clairmont.. They are a hazard.

More homely, cookie cutter townhouse communities in North Druid Hills. Great.

DeKalb County already is pretty "suburban."

What's wrong with that?

In a city that spends a fortune on education and still has only half of its young people make it out of high school, the celebration of perseverance and academic success would be a very good thing.
