Is this the same "Kennewick Place" that has Beazer Homes and John Thomas?

Beazer is hanging on by the cuticle of their fingernails (I suspect their shingle will be gone anyday). John Thomas- I've never heard of. But I can bet he (it, them) was riding Beazer's coat tails. Probably had the lower price point in the subdivision. So, if Beazer goes- JT will probably follow suit. And then theres another unfinished subdivision with pissedoff H/O that are already there.

sorry to ruin your fun but there we are still in that neighborhood with our roofs intact even today. I am not aware of other subdivisions but this subdivision has been consistently building new houses and bringing new home owners in the last 10 months. The weekend I bought my house 3 other houses went into contract ( 09/08) .

So before you comment, get the facts right. Don't go assuming things.
