can someone suggest me apartments in the 78749 zipcode?

I'm leaning towards Patton or cowan or baranoff for my kid and I feel 78749 is the zipcode that forms the boundary to anyone of these schools(correct me if I'm wrong and suggest me some decent apartments that may be within the boundary limits of these schools)

We are in that area code and feed into Mills Elementary. Anyway, there are some apartments off of Davis and Beckett that look really nice, but I have never been on the property. They are in an EXCELLLENT location...very easy to get to the brand new HEB and also easy to get on N or S bound MoPac, as well as cut across E or W on Slaughter.

Unfortunately, I can't think of the name right off hand .

Yep! That looks like them...I guess it is La Cresada (not Beckett) and Davis.

Sedona Springs apartments were very nice inside when we looked around them. I would consider them if I was looking in that area.

Does it have to be an apartment? I live in the area and there are nice duplexes across and down the street from Patton Elementary. Also there is an apartment/condo thing that has a for rent sign up most times. Look at this map from zillow. Cana CV is all duplexes and the homes on the right side of Hill Forrest are all duplexes. The homes across from the school on Westcreek DR are duplexes and the apartment/condo are behind those duplexes. Then go south on the map across Wm Cannon to Convict Hill. Go west and you come to Convict Hill apartments. Some people I know have lived there with no complaints. I forgot about the townhomes on Brush Country just north of Wm Cannon, some of those are for rent.

I know I have mentioned this in the past, but when I first moved here we stayed in a condo for the first year in the 78749 zip code. It ended up being cheaper then an apartment & we had a garage. It was also a very quiet place with great neighbors.
