Cost of living in Redmond - 125 (housing is 160)
Cost of living in Cedar Park - 91 (housing is 78)

People with criminal records will have a hard time finding housing and will likely end up in some less expensive area. Not to mention that individual states will have different reporting requirements (as well as different laws) related to sex offender, which could make cross-state comparisons somewhat inaccurate.

Also, Redmond only has 3 and is a small town, so it can be a bit of a statistical variation. Could easily double in a week (or a day).
