Hi,

Well, our shower got busted up. Looks like water leaked into the built in stool and caused some water damage.

My question is, are there any companies that specialize in bathroom fixes / bathroom remodels?

I'm trying to find one, but it is very difficult to find anything. Would have thought there would be a "Bath Remodels-R-Us" store somewhere out there, where you go, they give you options, and then fix the bathroom up.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'd like to find one too. Last time I looked all I could find were remodeling companies, which would want to redo the whole bathroom at 10-20K minimum. Couldn't find somebody to just install a new tub, and do the tile surround.

Also interested in adding a bath, not a fancy master suite, but just a plain old additional full bath for an under-bathroomed rental property.

Sorry I can't help, other than to let you know I've had a similar problem!

I need someone too. I want to change my bathroom from a separate shower and bath to a shower bath combo. I know - I'm crazy but the bathroom is small with no storage, I hate cleaning a tub and a shower, and I really hate cleaning the glass surround. My dream: to change the shower into a closet.

My son has been doing that work for almost 20 years.

He renovated our bland 1995 carpeted master bath 4 years ago (rebuilt new shower) from this:

Talk to Glades (pronounced Gladys) at TexBest Flooring (corner of Braker and Burnet) - 299-6718. They did a lot of upgrades in our new home (installing stone around fireplace and under island, around bathtub, and in mudroom) and have done other work for other friends of mine. Everyone has been very impressed! She will do bathroom or kitchen remodels, tile, stone, flooring, painting, etc for a reasonable price AND it will be done impeccably. Tell her Celeste told you to call!
