Does anyone have a recommendation on a green builder and/or a development that is building green?

Check out Mueller Austin. It is about as green as it gets for new home development.

Mueller is good as above poster stated. Others you might want to check out are Fiore Fiore and Georgetown Village Green Builders - Creating "Cool" Communities with Green Building.

For other builders, check out Austin Energy's Green Building program, they have a searchable directory: Austin Energy Green Building

Georgetown Village for sure. They are putting Georgetown on the map with green building and they have an exemplary rated Elementary school on site. Easy access to major roads also. I live here and love it!

I keep meaning to go by there with my EcoBroker checklist and see what they're doing exactly. Silly that I haven't been yet, given that there's on my route from home to office! Except that I always seem to be heading to an appointment or home to feed the critters when I take that route.
