I am wondering if there is still an apartment complex on San Gabriel St.(West Campus) of UT that is all bills paid. I remember when i was a college student, i had stayed at an apartment on San Gabriel which was west campus and it was all bills paid. Is it still around? I can't remember name of complex, but it had a huge parking lot and the complex was very long. The manager's office was separated to a shed like appearance back then. This was around 1988.

That kind of sounds like the old Camino Real apartments, one block up from San Gabriel. It is a very long complex, not very fancy. Can't remember if it was all bills paid, but it was cheap. That area has changed a lot since 88, and while I think the Camino Real might still be there, lots of other places have been torn down and replaced with newer buildings.
