Does anyone know of any good interior designers in Austin that are affordable and easy to work with. If so, help!

Default Divine Staging and Decor

I recommed them highly and I use their services for my business. Their hourly rate is very affordable. Here is their site. (www.devinestaginganddecor.com (broken link)) Good luck!

I LOVE Janine Charland w/ Metamorphosis. www.RoomsULove.com She is very budget sensitive, and a pleasure to work with.

We used this designer for our daughter's wedding, even though her specialty is redesign and home staging.

alpha home staging:home

She's so creative and her attention to detail is incredible. Its worth looking at her before and after photos just to get ideas.

Hmmm...
Not to TC or step on anyone's toes...that site states the following(quote)...
Money: studies show professional home staging increases the final selling price by at least 17%. The cost of staging is often less than the price of your first price reduction.

As the witty fellow said, "There are lies, damned lies, and then there are statistics."

I'm pretty sure the house down the street didn't command an extra seventy-five THOUSAND DOLLARS because it was staged.

My DW is into redesign and staging(degree in interior design) and she wouldn't dare throw out those kinds of numbers. (Of course, it could be true that a 'study' shows that kind of return) Just sayin'...
