Before I go to my local dealership I would appreciate it if a few "car experts" may assist me in pre-calculating the money I would need at signing.

Currently I have my eyes on a 2012 Honda Accord LX Sedan Automatic. The special is 46 months at $179 (credit depending) and $0 money down. The lease price includes all cost to be paid by customer except:
1. $299 dealer doc fee ($300)
2. 1st month payment ($180)
3. New Jersey Sales Tax: .07% (Added after all calculations are complete)
4. New Jersey Tire Tax
5. DMV Fees
6. Bank Acquisition Fees

I highlighted in bold the three costs which I would appreciate assistance in locating and calculating. I came across different numbers on the web. Also, how is the tire tax calculated? Is it multiplied/calculated after the other prices are added ala sales tax? In advance, thank you for your time.

As for the tire fee, it's minimal. Here in Cali i think it's $10. And did you check on the NJ DMV site to see if they've got an estimated fee calculator? Cali DMV has one that's pretty spot on. Lastly, according to RideWithG, Honda's bank acquisition fee (which is like an origination fee & pure dealer profit) is $595, but some dealers will mark it up by $100 or $200.

btw, I thought NJ calculated tax in some weird way based on MSRP - Residual, where the entire bill was due at signing or the dealer would add that amount into your capitalized cost & you'll essentially be amortizing that lump sum over the life of the lease.

"46-month lease" ? That sounds odd ... did you mean 36-month?
$300 doc fee? That' a bit high for preparing paperwork.
New Jersey sales tax is only .07%? or did you mean 7%?
