Same body style for many years now. Can't nor want to trade it in. New body styles cost too much, lots of maintenance, break down easily and don't give much back in the way of investment, the financing kills you.
I figure this one will last longer than me anyway. Only thing I add once in a while is some new upholstery although in about 10 years some new glass will probably be needed. So far, can't beat things with the top down, wind blowing and fresh rubber.
2006 Ford, Super Duty, Short wheel base, 4 door. Wife has a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Don't care for it, since after driving trucks most all my life, when in her car I feel like my rear end is sitting on the road.
My daily is a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe RSPEC with the turbocharged four. Currently in the process of swapping out the 20G turbo for a Holset HX35. Should be pretty beast
The wifey is driving the 2007 BMW 530i. The BMW is a fun ride too but it just doesn't go like my Hyundai.
I attended a Cadillac Performance school (CTS-V) and actually stood in line strategically just to drive the CTS-V wagon! I like them but not sure I could actually write the check for one and I don't really have a use for one!
I have always liked Performance Sedans (preferably German) even as a single guy/no kids......had a couple, did the convertibles, plenty of trucks along the way but I have never owned an American V8 sportscar....driven plenty but never bought one (Mustang/Camaro/Corvette).
Caddy CTS-V sedan is on my short list and I don't love the new ones so a leftover new 2012-13 is probably what I would have to settle for!
