It's a rhetorical question, more of curiosity.. I can come up with ten answers myself...
But what the hey will cause a little tonado on my windshield? See the circular pattern water drops ran in? Only in that area.

Nope. It's perfectly fine glass. I have NEVER seen anything of this nature on ANY of my cars. And it was only in that corner. Just boom, showed itself. It's routinely Rain-Xd, but that's about it.
Aaahhh, maybe when I was polishing Rain-X - in circular motion - I paved some funny friction channels for droplets?
