My brother gave me his Fixit Tools 300 amp portable battery charger (TE4-204) but it is missing a 1 amp fuse (port located near the upper left of front label - see pic). We can't find a source for replacing the fuse. Is that fuse important for doing a battery jump? Any assistance with locating a replacement fuse will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You mean the fuse that has the line pointing it to the 3, 6 and 9V output with the words "For Power Supply" right below it?

No, that has nothing to do with jumping.. Just for the 3, 6 and 9V output.

And.. That looks to me like it's just a standard AGC fuse in the screw type cap.

Pop the cap off, take the old fuse out.. put a new one in. You can usually find AGC fuses at Walmart or even an auto parts store.

Are you missing the screw cap? If so.. Yeah.. Amazon or the manufacturer would be able to get you that.
