I have a push button truck tool box. It is unlocked but one button won't push all the way in and lid won't open. At first it was the right one and I drowned it in wd40. So now the right one goes in but now the left one won't when it did before I messed withe the right. Help?
When the locks are pushed in it means it’s locked. You need to unlock it. Once unlocked the the button/lock pops out. Push on it and the lid should pop open.
Then to lock it you lock it with the key and push the button in to make it flush to the toolbox
Sounds like the locks and linkage are misadjusted
