Modded WRX STi w/ HUGE custom paint job (exhaust, engine, 2008)

I was driving down I-90 just outside of Mercer Island, WA (near Seattle) and saw a gorgeous modded WRX STi, and either he had a thing for decoration or he had some sponsors. From what I could tell his suspension was modified, exhaust, definitely the engine by the note of both, and he also had something that caught my interest ... a HUGE paint job of a sexy anime girl.

Now I'm not a big fan of anime, but I was curious, where does one get large custom paint jobs like that done? Also, anyone happen to know who this person may be so I can meet up? I'd be fun to look around his car to see what he's done with it. And this is significant because I am typically a WRX basher!

most do vinyl it seems, but if he's that customized, the area forum on NASIOC probably has sightings or pics.

sometimes you can spot a specific car, hit up the "serious" forum for that model or community and then read about what's been done to the car (if interested)

Unfortunately no, I was too busy driving myself and trying to see what other things he had done to his car to look at the plate. The tunnel was coming up too so I wanted to absorb it until it was hidden and then I had to exit on Mercer Island.

Most likely it was a Washington plate.
