WNEP: ohn Walton Jr. of Scranton was already locked up on charges he took a Coccia Ford employee on a wild ride and threatened to kill him. Now he is locked up on more charges that he torched his own van and put the lives of dozens in danger.

Guy must be a nut. I'm on my 4th transmission in 90K miles in my '93 F-150 and I haven't gone bananas yet! This guy got 6 months out of the tranny in that new van...what the hell's he want? LOL

Maybe he didn't even torch the van....I got a letter from Ford a while back that said my F-150 might suddenly burst into flames. Something about a bad cruise control switch...

Oh well, at least my floor mats are holding up great!

I have E-150 Van with the same trans problem and my local dealer has told me it's a factory defect and nothing can be done expect replace the transmission completely and of course the dealer isn't going do it for free.

Just dont torch it at the dealership!
