They are saying that a TSA officer was shot and killed. The suspect was also shot and killed. They are waiting for a press conference to begin.

The FAA has grounded all flights at LAX for the moment.

Uh, no. The suspect is a 23 year old about whom very few details have been released.

The TSA agent is the victim, and was shot and killed.

I'm sure they'll have to check out all the bags that were left just to make sure it's not a diversion to sneak something onboard a plane. What a mess!
