Cops turned it over to prosecuters
looks like the BPD was lying as well...
I generally support the cops but if what is starting to look like the facts is true...that they basically bent him in half loading him into the van, and didn't get him medical attention knowing that he needed it, that they tried to sieze a video of the arrest at gunpoint, from a witness, and that the BPD lied to cover it up...then they need to prosecute and fire LOTS of peeps

this is so bad for the 90% of cops that do their jobs and don't abuse it...they need to make examples of these guys, the cover upers, the cop in SC that shot the guy in the back...and anyone else who abuses authority

This is shaping up to be a fiasco much like the Rodney King situation. If these cops are found not guilty, riots will explode all over the USA.. be warmed. It is a very uneasy time for America, sad for everything involved.

Really, is anyone surprised? The only thing that hasn't been decided yet is the sentence.

My sister lives in Maryland and this is just more reason for me not to visit her. Which really isn't a bad thing.....

Pretty good buying opportunity in bmore. Assuming your property doesnt get burnt to the ground by the rioters and looters if the cops are found not guilty.

My realtor just called and said banks are now taking 35% of bank owned/short sales in bmore.

Yep.. I believe in Reservior Hill not far from Pennsy and North where these incidents took place.. Her husband is Nick Mosby.. He is on Baltimore City Council.

The City needs to equip all of the BPD vans with those censors like insurance companies provide their clients to monitor how you drive.. That would eliminate the "softening up" which sometimes occurs with people being in the back of vans and officers intentionally driving wildly. If they are responding to a call.. then they would probably have to call in and the response time could be linked to their speed/route to be verified that it was an actual call and not an attempt to "soften" anybody up that may be riding in the back. That in addition to cameras so that they can make sure they go in and come out in the same manner along with the obvious.. buckling them up...

Okay, then there won't be any more rioting, looting or burning, right?

Wrong question. The right one is:

Okay, then there won't be any more unlawful arrests, police brutality, or lying cops, right?
