Baltimore State’s Attorney Democrat Marilyn Mosby is cleaning house by asking the courts to throw out at least 790 criminal cases that were reportedly led by 22 corrupt cops.

As usual, keeping more criminals out of court is the Baltimore democrat solution to Baltimore's problems!
Many of these criminal case involved guns and violent crime. The democrat solution is to
punish the police and not the criminals, as usual.

If you live in Baltimore and you haven't been robbed or assaulted lately, you will be eventually.

Your time is coming, your ass is grass!

THis is a tough one.. I am no defense lawyer but if my client was brought to trial and was arrested by one of these officers.. the FIRST thing I would do is question the integrity of the officer given these corruption charges.. Secondly, what jury in Baltimore City given said corruption charges leveled against the arresting officers is going to CONVICT the defendant? I would venture to guess very few given some of the unfortunate challenges trust issues between BPD and many residents. All of that being said, should the SA spend a lot of time and money the city doesn't have pursuing these case only to have this be the result?

Again, the devil is in the details.. but I would hope the 790 cases thrown out have been reviewed carefully and were tossed because the evidence is based on what the officer statement of facts.. which can be called into question...given corruption charges. In other words Defendant X was observed by an eye witness to have hit someone over the head and take their wallet. Well that case has a sworn eye witness and the fact the investigator was corrupt may not weigh as much versus.. the officer stating.. that he or she saw the defendant run down and alley and hide a gun and thus arrested the person and retrieved the weapon.. Given the officer's credibility issue.. this may the type of case that gets thrown out..Are some people who committed crimes going to get off? Unfortunately.. probably.. But are some innocent people going to be exonerated? Probably... its is a bad situation all the way round.. But... Again. democrat or republican...Everyone is Innocent until proven guilty.. I am sure the President on down to the guy on the street would say the same........ Just saying...And with these 790 cases out the way does that help move other cases forward ?

Alot of these cases involved violent crime, which should not be tolerated. But Baltimore does tolerate rape, murder and armed robbery whenever it can. Most of the time the criminal gets away with it in Baltimore.

Even minor crime should be eliminated, but you always see the worst of it in Baltimore.

So now Ms. Mosby has sent a message to street people that it is okay to hassle cops that are attempting to make an arrest on the street.

I think the message is actually to (certain) cops -- "Stop being corrupt so that your cases will stand up in court, you dopes."
