Is anyone else unhappy with the way FOX is covering the ALCS? How many more replays of a nothing play do we need? How many more boring stats do we have to listen to? Now they're showing the reaction of a batter? PLEASE!!! Baseball is a simple game and we should leave it like that without being overloaded with unnecessary information.

Also, does it bother you that we no longer see the National Anthem being played anymore? You would think with the playoffs in NY and CA that the anthem would be performed by great singers.

It depends on what standard you are comparing it to. NBC's broadcast?

And I hate to break it to ya, but a sizable amount of people don't tear up for not hearing the national anthem. It's not un-patriotic or anything like that, it's just people wanna see the game and nothing else.

Anything with Joe Buck is reason enough to listen on radio or just read the paper the next day.

Thank Favre I wouldn't know!

Turn on your Radios, fans. Jon Miller is at his best on the Radio and, hopefully, will be calling the action.

For folks who have only been exposed to him on TV, you may not be very fond of him (TV can do that to even the best of 'em.) But he's always been a Radio guy. Treat yourselves and don't even subject yourselves to Joe Suck and the boobed tube.

If I had to punish my kid for acting up in school, I'd send him to his room and make him watch a few innings on there instead of grounding him!

Flat out horrible.

My neighbor and I tune to 97.3 FM. Thats the new Philly ESPN broadcast channel. I ghetto ridged a radio next to my Big screen, muted the TV. I also had to tinker with my DVR though but it worked.

Now that the Phillies are in the Series we're going to have more of FOX and Buck and McCarver. If I remember right this is the same network that put a camera in the ground near the batter's box. Yeah, we really needed a bug's view of the batter!
