Post any new records that the Warriors claim!!! Or, any old ones that are awesome!!!

Here's one: This month is the first time in Warriors' history that they are perfect in a calendar month!

The only time the Warriors were close to this hot they were "(13-1), set in January 1972 behind former Warriors guard Jim Barnett’s averages of 16.0 points, 5.6 assists and 4.0 rebounds on 50.3 percent shooting from the field."

Go Warriors!

Luke Walton is the first 35 year old guy who was never hired to be an NBA head coach to win the first 20 games of his head coaching career. I think it's safe to say there will be a line around the corner for his services at the end of the season.

It's a shame that the NBA is refusing to credit those wins to him.

Luke Walton, With 0-0 Record, Is Named N.B.A.’s Coach of the Month

I guess I can see the logic behind it, but hopefully it will become a moot point over his long coaching career.

Good article.

We'll just have to wait and see how the rest of the season goes.

If GS can put up 70+ then good for them. I really like that group of guys and I've been a Kerr fan from looong back as well. (Luke Walton not so much but he's better than his father Bullwinkle lol)

I caution however as someone that watched the Bulls put up a number of seasons close to 70 wins before doing it just once....I don't think most GS fans really understands how losses can come in bunches.

But hey, if you think it's a sure thing....run to get those bets down, vegas is betting the other way right now and you can make a nice pile of $$$.

Good thread, but the poll question is just plain stupid.

I felt conflicted on the poll question. The Knicks are my team, but I can appreciate good basketball, so I do consider myself a "fan" of Golden State. But if it was worded, who's your team, then a different answer. I'm okay with saying I'm a fan. GSW has it going on this season.

Saturday against the Toronto Raptors Steph Curry (44, 9/15 (3pt)) was the first player in NBA history with back to back games with 40+ points and 8+ made three pointers.

I watched the Warriors / Pacers game tonight. Late in the 4th, there was a moment where the Pacers could have started to gain traction. However, Golden State must have sensed it and snuffed it out almost as quick as it began. Still undefeated.
