I definitely see Boston with their aging veterans and expiring contracts along with Cleveland due to Lebron most likely gone, and Shaq going along with him. What teams will see the biggest changes?

Easily the Knicks. No matter who they get, they're only bringing back about 4 guys from this years team.

Lebron will stay in Cleveland. He has developed great relationships with all of his teamates, all of his high school friends are near him, and so is his family. He is a loyal guy, and i think the only way he is leaving is if he gets a ridiculous sum of money from an already great team or if the cavs lose in the playoffs (depending on how they lose).

Considering NBA salary structures, he can only be offered the same if given a max contract.

He can get more from the Cavs because they can offer him a longer term on his contract than others can, I believe. Not that it matters because of the opt out clauses. No matter where he signs, he's getting two more max contracts before he's done.
I think Miami and Toronto will have the most drastic changes. Miami by addition, Toronto by subtraction.

Absolutely right about max deal. The only question is if he wants to take a shorter term deal which could be more profitable especially if the economy bounces back to some degree, otherwise i'm sure he'd want mandatory opt outs.

The Cavs can offer him more years along with more money per year. It's called the "Bird Rule." Neither NY or anyone else can outbid the Cavs, period. LeBron will take a 3 year max contract with a 4th option year (with the Cavs), just like he did last time. The team is too damn good to consider going elsewhere to rebuild.

He can make up the difference in endorsements if he chooses to go elsewhere. It really depends on whether they win it all this year with the roster they have, and his sense of loyalty and obligation to the Cavs.
If they win, he won't do better, in any sense, anywhere else. If they don't, then questions will be raised. Is it him, the supporting cast or the coaching? Can they get another superstar (younger than Shaq and Z) to complement him in their quest? Will he take less to facilitate it? Would they dump Mike Brown if they failed this year? What guarantee do they have the next coach can win it all?
The only semi-sure way to keep him is to win it all this year, otherwise all bets are off.
