I am going to be moving in Bend in the next couple of months. I have been looking at homes for sale and notice some newer homes available. I am curious about the quality of the different neighborhoods. In Portland, there are so many different builders with varying quality. Some homes, condos and town homes that were built less than 10 years ago are already falling apart an having roofing and siding issues. Which neighborhoods, builders are the better ones and which ones should be avoided?
