Thereis a Holiday Inn Express in Irondale. it sits @ The Kilgore Memorial Drive exit off I-20. But the area around there has gotten a little tired - ot much going on except Sam's Club. There is a Hampton Inn at the Trussville exit off 459. That would be pretty convenient to Irondale/35210 and is near restaurants, shopping, etc. If you want something a bit newer and more geared toward the business crowd, there is a Hilton Garden Inn at that exit, also, and one at the Liberty Parkway Exit off 459.
