No, I had not heard of it but I googled it and it is available in the public domain as a PDF file. I skimmed a couple of pages and it does sound very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I will be reading it. I'm not sure if it available as a free download from Amazon - would you happen to know? I'd prefer to read it on my kindle as opposed to the iPad.
