I remember watching a TED Talk about a guy who "read a book every day." It turned out that he would glance through the the table of contents, pick a specific thing, read about that specific thing, and then he was done with the book (i.e. he "read" it). Maybe the CEO's aren't reading entire books?

Haha. I've also seen ads for those book summaries that claim they are read by CEO's, but it's just some kind of short synopsis of new books that are out so the "busy CEOs" can say they are familiar with the new books.

I do question that claim about the CEOs. Sounds like a marketing thing.

I read when the wife is watching her daytime talk/court shows or Golden Girls reruns.

Saturday mornings mostly. Next most is at lunchtime with food. Lastly, 15 minutes or so before bed. Looks like any time of the day except dusk!

I usually have two or three books going at the same time. Scattered around my house or in a shop or vehicle. Plus I almost always have a paperback in my pocket. My vision problems have curtailed my reading during the past year.
