So I received a Boston parking ticket while driving an out-of-state company car (not a rental car, but a corporate car registered in AZ).

Since I am appealing this ticket can I do it under my name and a local temporary address or does it have to be done from the main company address/or address that the car is registered under?

Thanks!

I suggest you ask a rep from your company as to what you should do. They are the ones who provided you a company car with an out of state tag, which you cannot register in MA, yet will be parked in MA for presumably a long time. This will happen to you over and over again...

That's not very helpful (and btw, you're wrong on the above statements).

Can anybody answer the original question please?

You can fight the ticket, but, your going to use what ever address your residing at, since it was you who incured the parking ticket.

They will not give you a bigger fine, because your using an out of state car. And, if you incurred the parking ticket, and it was your fault, pay it.

Mainly because it may cost you more to judicate the ticket then paying for it.

I wish you well...

Jesse

You can fight the ticket even though it's not your car, but unless the ticket was BS, don't waste your time. You'll get many more with AZ plates on that thing! It doesn't affect driver points or your liscense, who cares?
